Welcome back!
Two research studies point out the dangers of high-fructose corn syrup (HFCS) because it contains the toxic heavy metal mercury.
One study published in “Environmental Health” revealed that high fructose corn syrup was contaminated with mercury in nine out of 20 samples.
And in the second study, the Institute for Agriculture and Trade Policy (IATP), a non-profit watchdog group, found that nearly one in three of 55 brand-name foods contained mercury.
This means that many common products including sodas, candy bars, bread, dressings, dairy products and thousands of other grocery items probably contain mercury.
Heavy and toxic metals such as mercury, lead and aluminum are very dangerous because of their potential to cause long-term and potentially irreversible brain injury.
A hair test is one of the most important tests you can take for ADHD as the presence of toxic metals in the hair strongly suggests toxicity in the brain and body.
